Shreyas calls himself the jack of all trades when it comes to building digital products, but as a Strategy Lead at F&D, he brings clarity and direction to our projects. Ultimately, Shreyas helps our partners make better and informed decisions. When he's not crafting Keynote decks and teasing out North Star goals, he's striving to incorporate unique insights in our work, blending research and intuition to solve valuable problems, and exploring novel ideas and concepts.

At F&D, Shreyas has the privilege of showing our partners a glimpse into the future. He's always on top of the latest consumer behaviors and industry currents, which he crafts into conceptual directions, strategic plans, and guiding principles. He has advised our partners on everything from changing the way shoppers interact in retail spaces to the future of conversational commerce and more.

Shreyas has always been a builder at heart. He got his degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Michigan in pursuit of building new products, but found the limitations of hardware development not to his taste. After graduating, he joined General Motors as a Thermal CAE Engineer, but quickly found himself co-founding an internal innovation & product design studio which bridged the divide between the design studios and engineering groups to design new, user-centric automotive products and services. Ever since then, Shreyas has found his place at the intersection of engineering and design, always striving to push new initiatives forward.

Born and raised in California, Shreyas can never get enough of it. To that end, when he's not working inside, he's playing outside. Catch him ripping down the slopes on a snowboard, bumping over rocks in his Jeep with his dog Astro, hiking the trails of Yosemite, or simply finding the best cafes and restaurants in Los Angeles with his wife Aniksha (ask him for a rec!)
